Fees are structured around full-day sessions with separate rates for children under three and those aged three and over. Charges are calculated over 51 weeks and averaged into 12 monthly payments, covering all food, drink, consumables, and activities. A minimum booking is required.

SEND provision

Leaders and staff develop an in-depth understanding of each child's unique needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Sensory resources and calm spaces support emotional regulation, and parents are signposted to external services and work closely with staff to implement support plans.

Outdoor space

Outdoor play areas encourage exploration, imaginative play, and problem-solving, providing daily opportunities for children to develop coordination, balance, and physical confidence. Loved sending my little one to this nursery. The atmosphere and environment is clean, looked after and secured. I feel good knowing I am leaving her in the best care and she is in a great environment for her learning and development. They take care of my little one and understand her likes/dislikes. They use the Famly app to keep in touch with us and record her progress throughout the day. The best choice for a nursery!

We are extremely happy with N Family Club.The settling-in process was smooth and stress-free, and we are always welcomed with a smile at reception. The team knows exactly how to make drop-offs easy for my little boy, and he always goes in happily—especially when he hears it’s breakfast time! In just over three months, our 15 months old boy has progressed so much. He feels comfortable with everyone, sleeps well there (from day one, for my surprise!)and absolutely loves the food. The chef and the menu are fantastic—nutritious, varied, and one of the reasons we chose this nursery. The daily updates and photos give us so much peace of mind. Seeing him enjoying yoga, Spanish, drawing, and playing with others is wonderful. The staff are all so lovely, and I’m excited to see how much he will learn and achieve here. We were abit nervous about sending our daughter to a brand new nursery that had opened in the area without any history to go with. However, its been the best risk we took. The staff at all levels have been amazing and give each child individual attention, noone is just a number or name. My daughter loves it and we have seen her develop in the most amazing ways and make new friends. Its lovely to hear her talk so fondly about her day and her teachers at home. Overall, N family is a great nursery with a great team of caring staff looking after your child as well as parents as can approach them anytime and they will go out of their way to help you.

My son joined N Family Club at 18 months old… At the beginning, the transition was quite challenging for him, but the nursery team were incredibly supportive and patient every step of the way. Even through several changes in room managers, the level of care and dedication from the staff remained consistently high. He absolutely loves it now—he looks forward to going in every day and has formed such lovely bonds with the team. It’s clear how much they care about the children, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the nurturing environment they’ve created.

Really happy with this Nursery for my daughter. Staff are so lovely and they have been great at helping my 18 month old settle into nursery for the first time. They communicate really well and let me know how she has got on during the day and they always seem to have such fun activities. I feel that in the few months my daughter has been there they have gotten to know her really well and I can already see the progress she has made in her development.
