Inclusion & environment
Staff have a clear understanding of children's ongoing individual needs and personalities, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Children who need extra support are helped by staff to play alongside other children and include them in activities. Children with SEND are well supported. Funding is used for additional support, and to promptly train staff to understand specific needs. Staff work with a range of external professionals and parents. They incorporate specific strategies into individual educational plans to meet children's needs. As a result, children with SEND make good progress.
Outdoors, children show their confidence and curiosity as they handle, and excitedly talk about, ladybirds and millipedes and watch how they move. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
Our baby started at one year old at N Family Club. He had been settling in within a few months and very happy to go in to play with his friends and the educators. Everyone is very friendly and supportive to our kid! Beautiful environment and the best thing is in house kitchen and chef, menu is great with lots of different healthy and interesting dishes for the little ones to try. Clean and tidy play areas too. Amazing nursery in Moseley.
Read on GoogleOur son started at this nursery this past summer and we have been so impressed with the care and enthusiasm we've witnessed. The staff is lovely and so involved (everyone knows every single child's name, even those who are not in their rooms/under their direct care), the kids always have something new and exciting to do (our son clearly has a marvellous time and is always excited to arrive), and we are updated very regularly on their app with pictures of daily activities, nap times, details of meals, nappy changes, etc, so parents can feel secure and connected to their child throughout the day. We have been so happy with our nursery choice--a massive thank you to all the staff who contribute to a healthy, happy, dynamic environment.
Read on GoogleOne of the best decisions I've made in my life was sending my daughter to N Family Moseley. My shy daughter felt comfortable and gained confidence during the 18 months she attended this Nursery. Today was the last day. very sad. My family all crying 😭 It is the best Nursery I will never forget. Thank you a lot. We will miss N Family Moseley. 💜💙💚🧡💛❤
Read on GoogleMy daughter had an amazing experience at this nursery. The staff are very caring towards the children and go the extra mile to get to know you and the children personally. There have been many parent workshops with the children and the morning breakfast grab and go is a bonus. The graduation day for the preschoolers was really emotional and very thoughtful with all the events, food and treats/ special entertainment. We will truly miss this nursery and the love and care they have provided. My daughter has really grown and developed her character here and the staff have really helped form this. Thank you so much!
Read on GoogleMy son started in this nursery back in September. He has been in two different rooms now and I could not be happier with all the staff he has been with. You can tell they only recruit people who are passionate about being around children since they are all so loving and caring. I drop him off at different times because of my job and everyday I can have a glimpse how staff work with the children how they take them to the garden or how do they help them to put their coats on or the set up they have prepared for them to learn... I can smell the lovely and healthy food the chef prepares on site. Also, they involve the parents in lovely activities some special days at nursery and they also offer online workshops about parenting. Facilities are great, children have daily access to the garden which is great and the atmosphere is amazing and everything is so clean! Of course this is an opinion but I'd say the staff makes a very good team and everything is working well there. I can go to work assured that my son will be happy and cared for and that they will support him should he be a bit more emotional because he struggles a bit at first when he is away from me. I also love the time they always spend with me to give me updates no rushing or how they interact with my son when he comes in. It is a pleasure to bring him to N Family Club. So thank you so much to all the team for doing an excellent job!
