NannyMe, founded by Tracey Oliver, began from her personal struggles as a single mother to find flexible childcare that accommodated her 12-hour work shifts. This challenge, shared by many parents with unconventional working hours, inspired her to create a solution.

NannyMe offers extended, out-of-hours care to support working parents who require more than typical 9-to-5 childcare. The company focuses on providing a trusted, community-centred service that aims to make childcare more accessible and reduce stress for families.

Tracey, who is also Vice Chair for the Peabody Management Committee, ensures that NannyMe delivers personal attention and dedication to every family, with a strong emphasis on quality and integrity. All staff members are carefully selected and hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification, and undergo continuous professional development, including safeguarding and paediatric first aid training.

The safety of children is paramount, with all staff undergoing Enhanced DBS checks, face-to-face interviews, background checks, reference verification, and probationary assessments. Furthermore, NannyMe maintains high standards of health and food safety, with staff trained in food hygiene and a strict no-nut policy.

Based in London, NannyMe currently provides breakfast clubs, afterschool clubs, and holiday clubs, with pick-up and drop-off services available for Rosendale Primary School, St Judes Primary School, and Jessop Primary School.
