My daughter attends this nursery and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The staff are warm, patient and genuinely caring. She has become so much more confident, talkative and independent since starting here. The activities are brilliant and really help with learning and development. It’s been such a positive experience for us.

My son has been attending Cute Kids since he was just 9 months old. Now at 20 months, it’s incredible to see how confident he is when interacting with other children. As first-time parents, choosing the right nursery was one of our biggest concerns — we were so afraid that no one else could care for our little one the way we would. We are so glad we chose Cute Kids. From the very first day we visited, we already felt at home. Every morning when we drop him off, he’s excited to go to nursery. At home, he even asks for Mrs Begum — which gives us the reassurance that he is truly in the right hands. Miss Benedicta and Miss Lizzy have been incredibly supportive this past year. Nathaniel’s speech has developed so much, and we really appreciate the little daily reports they provide from time to time. We have no doubts that he is in a nurturing, positive environment where he has made so many wonderful friends. For that, we will always be grateful. Thank you for keeping him safe, for sharing so many wonderful adventures with him, and for always ensuring his wellbeing.

Very happy we chose this nursery. Such a loving and caring environment where I can trust all members of staff. Our 16 month old daughter has been there for 3 months now and we can see such a progress in her speech development and communication. I know she is always well looked after and I know she is always happy to go there. Highly recommend.

I’m very happy with our experience at this nursery. My son was always very happy to go there, and it was clear that he felt safe, loved, and well cared for. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children’s development. He learned so much during his time there – not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing, and educational environment for their child.

While the staff are caring, my recent experience with management has been very disappointing. I was suddenly asked to pay holiday fees in 2025, even though I was not charged in 2024. When I questioned this inconsistency, I was told it “may have been missed” last year and warned that my deposit would be deducted if I refused to pay. My receipts clearly state payments for meals and resources alongside my child’s 30 funded hours, yet I was later told these cover “full childcare,” which contradicts the documentation. It feels unfair and unclear for parents to be charged the same whether a child attends 3 or 5 days a week, and to be billed during holidays when a child is not even attending. Parents deserve transparent, consistent, and fair policies — something I have not experienced here.
