Inclusion & environment
All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, receive high quality care and experiences.
Children enjoy opportunities to be active outside. For example, they enjoy forest school sessions where they learn important skills.
Children who speak English as an additional language are supported well. For example, staff use simple signing to support children's understanding of routines within the nursery. They find out about children's home languages, greeting children in their home language and English.
My 2 year old has been going to Oaklands for over a year now and has come on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves going in to see the other children and all the really helpful members of staff. Highly recommended!
Read on GoogleMy 2 kids have been going here for 3 years and I can’t fault it. The staff are lovely and are so loving and caring toward the kids! The faculties are great too!
Read on GoogleAmazing! Can't say enough good things about the staff and support we've received.
Read on GoogleMy 2.5 year old daughter has been going here since she was just over 1 years old and I cant fault it, the staff have been amazing and they have taught her so much, the staff are always in a happy mood and my daughter is happy to see them when she arrives, they keep me informed and call me if they feel I need to know something, we have just started potty training and the staff have been incredible with helping us with this and following what we do at home, she has learnt so much since being at nursery and its lovely when she comes home with drawings and mothers day arts and crafts that she has made. the management are also great, they really do care about the children and want the best for them, any concerns I have had have always been listened to and as a mother you always want your child to be happy and want the best for them and I can honestly say that I wouldn't want her to be at any other nursery. I would highly recommend!
