Our son, now 24 months, has been attending the nursery since he was just 7 months old, and we are incredibly grateful to have found such a loving and nurturing environment for him. He loves it and it brings us great comfort to see how genuinely cared for and supported he is by the team. The staff's thoughtful and effective caregiving techniques have deeply impressed us, and their communication is excellent - they consistently update us on milestones and share important information, which we greatly value. We feel completely at ease discussing our son's development and planning the next steps in his education with them. We visited many nurseries but this nursery feels like an extended family, and we have full confidence leaving our son in their care. We appreciate the balance of structure and flexibility, the engaging play areas, and their emphasis on outdoor activities in the garden. We also love that they encourage practical skills from an early stage, creating an enriching and well-rounded experience for the children.

Both of my children have attended this nursery, one of them still do. The staff at prospect house are very well trained and able to keep me upto date with my daughters progression. They are very friendly and approachable and honest. I've never had a problem in the 6 years I have been taking my children here. Thank you to all the staff that have been involved in helping my child grow, you have been amazing!!!

My child has adored his experience at partou prospect house. He has made such lovely friendships and really come out of his shell. The practitioners in the preschool room are passionate about what they do and so creative with the range of activities they provide the children with. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work to keep my boy happy and ready for his next adventure at school.

My boy loves going to this nursery. The ladies are all friendly and want your child to do genuinely well. Can’t fault it from what I have experienced so far and am more than happy to now be sending my 2nd child here too.

Went to visit this nursery for my daughter and was very disappointed. Was emailed to be reminded to bring ID (expected as it’s a setting with children in), no one asked for our ID or confirm who we was which sounds like a safeguarding issue? We was taken into the toddler room and there was a little boy standing at the back of the room completely unclothed for around 5 minutes which again didn’t feel very ‘safeguardy’ as they hadn’t confirmed our identity. I asked about their policy regarding illnesses etc as this is a concern for me, the first little girl that approached us had raging conjunctivitis and gunk all over her eyes and face which send alarm bells ringing for me - why was she there? Why was nobody wiping her eyes and keeping her clean? I was shown to the garden which in was dirty, run down and depressing! I would totally avoid.
