Our daughter loves going as she can't wait to see her teachers and her friends. We are so grateful for the Nursery Team, especially for Magda and Gemma and the Manager Claire. They have been so supportive and always take time to speak to you and genuinely care about your little one and their progress. Can't recommend them enough!
Read on GoogleWe honestly cannot thank Tiny Teapots Nursery enough for the incredible care and support they have given our son. From the very beginning, both Claire and Nicola have been absolutely wonderful with him. As parents of a child with autism, finding the right environment can feel overwhelming, but Tiny Teapots has been everything we hoped for and more. Claire and Nicola have shown so much patience, understanding, and genuine care. They take the time to learn about our son’s needs, celebrate his achievements, and support him through challenges in such a kind and nurturing way. Their dedication has made such a difference not only to his development, but also to his confidence and happiness. Knowing he is understood, cared for, and encouraged every single day brings us so much peace of mind. We feel so lucky to have found Tiny Teapots, and we are forever grateful to Claire, Nicola, and the whole team for creating such a safe, inclusive, and loving environment. They really do go above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Read on GoogleClaire and the team are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and the care and love they give to the children is second to none, they go above and beyond. To have a child come home and talk about his day and be super excited to go back and see everyone the next day is everything you want from a nursery and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team at tiny teapots. Leaving a child that has a food allergy can be daunting for any parent but iv never had a worry while we’ve been at the nursery and the food/ daily activities updates throughout the day are a nice touch too.
Read on GoogleWe have been a Tiny Teapots family for four years. The staff are kind, caring and committed to early years education. The kids thoroughly enjoy their nursery days and we love knowing that they are in safe hands
Read on GoogleMy daughter started her journey with Tiny Teapots just after Christmas following a really bad experience at another setting. This left her with low confidence, low self esteem and little motivation to take part in activities etc. I was also very anxious about moving her to a new nursery, but put my faith in the pre-school team and was reassured when her settling days went so well. Sam, Norma and Natalie went out of their way to make Lucy feel welcome, included and part of the Tiny Teapots family. By the end of week 2, they already had her photos up around the nursery and her name plaque on her coat peg (something which didn't even happen in the 8 months at her previous nursery). My daughter trotted into nursery every single day with a smile on her face ever since. Sam, (my daughter's key worker), went above and beyond to prepare my daughter for school. She taught her valuable lessons every day and loved to show all of the children about the world and different cultures. My daughter has been able to write her own name for months now, something my 2 eldest children couldn't do until they started school! She turned 4 in October. The handovers at pickup are thorough, inclusive and never rushed. It doesn't matter how many parents are waiting, the staff will always take the time to go through your child's day with you - and it will be an honest report! Andy and Sophia are fantastic assets to the pre-school room, you can tell they are kind and patient with the children and the kids love their company. I always felt able to approach any member of staff in the nursery, including management. Claire has been exceptionally good when dealing with any problems that arise and I knew I could trust her to do right by the children, the parents and in her job as the nursery manager. There has been a lot of change in the nursery recently but I think Claire has definately been a positive influence to the nursery as a whole. The nursery is always clean, well presented and well maintained and the food is lovely! I would get slightly envious when picking my daughter up and see the children tucking in to a homemade curry or a tasty pasta dish... they do so well to make sure the children have a nutritious meal every day. I am proud to say that all 3 of my children have attended this nursery at some point in their lives and I am so grateful for every single staff member. What a great start to their learning journeys!
