About this day nursery

Phoenix Nursery School fosters a collaborative environment, actively engaging parents and caregivers to enrich each child's educational journey. The school uses "learning together" books as a bridge between home and school, allowing for a shared understanding of a child's progress and experiences.

This reciprocal sharing of learning milestones ensures a consistent and supportive approach to development. Phoenix Nursery School also organises engaging family events and outings throughout the year, fostering a sense of community and providing further opportunities for parents and children to learn and grow together.

The school is committed to supporting early learning at home and refers parents to the "Hungry Little Minds" campaign for additional resources. A comprehensive range of policies, including those for admissions, safeguarding, and special educational needs, are readily available for parents to review and discuss.
