Playtots Ltd, established in 2016, provides good quality care and education for children aged 0-4 years. 30pm, the nursery operates from non-domestic premises in Liverpool.
Leaders and managers are deeply committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children, with a curriculum designed to be ambitious and inclusive. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive high-quality provision tailored to their individual requirements, with staff quickly identifying emerging needs and collaborating with other agencies for essential support.
These children also benefit from daily access to the setting's dedicated nurture room, equipped with specialised resources. The nursery fosters a secure and valued environment, where staff act as positive role models, using a calm tone and maintaining eye contact, which helps to build strong bonds, even with the youngest babies.
Routines and behavioural expectations are well-understood by the children, who show politeness and kindness towards their peers and staff. Outdoor play in the garden is encouraged, with children supported to wash and dry their hands afterwards, promoting good personal hygiene.
The leadership team also prioritises staff well-being and professional development, ensuring ongoing supervision and swift action on training needs.
