My child spent one year at Pride and Joy before moving on to primary school. Before that, she had attended another nursery for two years, but every single morning was a struggle—she refused to go in and cried constantly. From her very first week at Pride and Joy, everything changed. She was excited to go every day, and even on weekends she wished she could be there. The staff are truly wonderful, and she still misses them all very much.
Read on GoogleMy daughter who is almost 2 has been attending since Sept 2024. I am so pleased with the care and nurture she receives from her 2 key workers who are always so pleased to greet us. My daughter took only a week to settle after which she has been going on happily every day since (4days a week). All I ask for is that my child is happy and cared for and she most definitely is. Communication with key worker and nursery manager is always efficient and I never feel like I'm bothering them, always happy to talk. I will contiue to send her until she is ready for school. Thankyou to the pride and joy team xx
Read on GoogleWonderful Nursery Experience! My daughter spent six months at this nursery, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and reassuring. Their care and attention made the transition so smooth, and I always felt confident that she was in great hands. She truly enjoyed her time there – from the engaging activities to the nurturing environment, everything was thoughtfully planned to support her growth and happiness. We only moved settings due to a house move, otherwise we would have been more than happy for her to stay much longer. We’re so grateful to the amazing team for creating such a positive and caring space. Highly recommend!
Read on GooglePride and joy is a family run nursery and is a fantastic place to start your young children in learning and transitioning into there school years staff are amazing and owners are always there to support you outstanding staff and a beautiful setting x
Read on GoogleAn outstanding nursery in all aspects! All the teachers are very friendly and nice. Unlike other nurseries, they are not business minded. Money is never the main consideration but the growth and development of child is. Location wise, it is within Spike Bridge Park which is very beautiful. Both Jenny and Nicola (the owners) are very accommodating and helpful. My daughter always felt at home in the nursery and we were never worried while leaving her. She learnt a lot of skills and have grown both physically and mentally for which I am very grateful. Teachers monitor the child's progress in many aspects and make notes as they review their activity and progress through their time.
