Snowflakes Day Nursery & Montessori operates across four settings in Southall, Hanwell, Norwood Green, and Northolt, offering transparent and all-inclusive early education for children. Their approach integrates Montessori principles with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, aiming to foster a love of learning from a young age.
The nursery provides a nurturing environment where children aged 3 months to 5 years can develop, focusing on individual needs and encouraging confidence through peer mentorship in mixed-age groups. With a commitment to clear communication, Snowflakes offers a structured admissions process, allowing parents to understand every cost upfront without hidden fees.
The curriculum extends to all-weather outdoor learning, ensuring children engage in diverse activities daily, rain or shine. They also provide flexible support for families, including sibling discounts and accommodations for shift workers, alongside comprehensive funding guidance to help parents navigate childcare costs.

Inclusion & environment
The nursery is inclusive to all children. The special educational needs and disabilities coordinator (SENDCo) has a good knowledge of how to support children who may require extra support. Children have individual support plans and strategies have been identified to ensure that all children are supported to make good progress.
Outdoors, children ride bikes and use the climbing frame. However, some staff are less confident when identifying next steps for children who have already developed some gross motor skills.
Fantastic nursery to put your child in , my 15 month old daughters just started going there and I would definitely reccomend them to every parent. The Staff are very welcoming and they are very friendly with the children. I've seen many of the kids making progress and not to forget the fresh tasty food they serve to the kids is really outstanding. The team are nice trustworthy people especially Nina the deputy head she's amazing. 🙂
Read on GoogleI am so impressed with the Southall Snowflakes Nursery! The staff are so considerate, caring and understanding of the children's needs. They settled my little girl so well and she is very attached to them. To add to this, she is learning so much at the nursery, for example, she learnt her shapes (including shapes like oval and semi-circle) before she turned two! The environment is very clean and welcoming. There are many displays of the children's work as well as photographs of the activities that the children complete. The menu is balanced and nutritious but they always cater for different dietary needs. The staff are very good with fussy eaters and also communicate well with parents about what their child has eaten. The nursery is well run and monitored by the director who truly cares for the children. She always takes on any concerns parents may have and acts upon it if necessary. My child has developed a love for reading and learning as well as independence and that is thanks to the nursery. I am a teacher and I am very impressed with my child's progress. I know that she will have a very good foundation to work on as she goes on to primary school. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Read on GoogleAhil & I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Snowflakes for the love and affection you showed Akshin over the past 3 years. We can say without a doubt that Snowflakes has done a wonderful job in helping Akshin to develop and grow in confidence from being a shy little boy which we feel is due to the emotional development and encouragement provided by the excellent staff who are always willing to help. You have most certainly been an extended family and I know Akshin misses you all very very much as we do. To our astonishment Akshin had learnt all the phonics, numbers, colours, shapes and knew to write his name from a very early age. By the age of four he was using all these skills to write three letter words on his own accord, his drawing showed attention to detail and he communicated so well. We take a great deal of comfort in knowing that Akshin has had a good start. Saying goodbye was the hardest especially when we had to move to Canada. You do a great job and keep up the excellent job you do. Praise to Nirupa for the outstanding nursery that you run and for selecting such important qualities in staff. We thought that we must write this review and let everyone know that Akshin is being assessed for being a gifted child!
