Purple Jay Nursery Lambeth has been incredible for our daughter, who has flourished there since she was just 6 months old (now 26 months). The team is warm, professional, patient, and genuinely devoted to the children. The daily activities are engaging and creative, and the nursery has a great outdoor space that my daughter absolutely loves. Tania has been absolutely outstanding since day one — we were thrilled to see her become manager — and we’ve also been grateful for the amazing care from Zinesh, Susi and Amiliona. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Purple Jay Lambeth very highly! My nearly two-year-old daughter has been attending for close to a year. She loves it and we have been very happy with her experience there. The staff have formed brilliant relationships with the children and have such a great manner with them. The nursery more generally is communicative and makes a great effort to add variety to the week with music, play, etc. We have every confidence that our daughter is cared for, safe and developing at Purple Jay Lambeth.

I have sent both my children to Purple Jay and they have both thrived there. The staff are caring and creative putting together new and engaging activities for the children each week. They spend a lot of time playing outside and have an amazing amount of space to do so.

I had an awful experience with my daughter here. Poor communication and a lack of transparency led to confusion about funding, and I was refused my refundable deposit. I’d trust others to think twice before enrolling, there are better nurseries.

I was very disappointed with how this nursery handled our situation. I clearly explained our circumstances, including the timeframe and my child’s age, before attending the tour. Despite that, we were invited in, my son was shown around, and even allowed to stay and play. Only after the visit was I told they couldn’t offer him a place because of their three-month minimum policy. This is something that should’ve been communicated beforehand. It was confusing for my son and a waste of our time. This kind of poor communication and lack of sensitivity is unacceptable, especially when dealing with families and young children. Based on this alone I wouldn’t recommend even booking a tour.
