The Pelican nursery is a wonderful place! My son started at 8 months old at the baby nursery then moved over to the preschool at 2 years old. The staff are exceptional and have played a crucial role in helping my son develop and grow in confidence. Every day he comes home with stories about what he has been doing and learning. Communication with parents is excellent, we get photo updates through the app and also regular chats with the staff at the start & end of day. I highly recommend the Pelican nursery and it is lovely to know that my son is being looked after so well!

I do not recommend it to family with kids who has especial needs, especially if they’re none verbal. The worse nursery. My children were autistic and non verbal, they have been treated poorly is understatement. I get still sad remembering that I left my children here. The manager(Lauren)is horrible, not understanding of my children needs at all, and her senior. My kids were unwelcome everyday and they ended up kicking them out from the nursery at the end. Lauren the manger also threatened to report me to safeguarding coz I noticed her faults.please please don’t leave your kids here from my experience with my kids.

Ahead of moving to London we found this Nursery by Googlemaps so I feel compelled to return the favour, and how lucky we were to find it! Our child attended both the Baby Nursery and the Preschool and was very happy there. We found communication was always clear and friendly, and we were impressed by the effort put into meals and excursions. Above all, the nursery is staffed by really wonderful carers who taught and cared for our child with warmth, good humour and constancy.

Our daughter attended the baby nursery and had a wonderful time there. All the staff were very attentive and professional but also friendly. They were very accomodating during a difficult period with Coronavirus and the communication to parents was very good. She always came home singing new songs etc and genuinely seemed to enjoy going there in the mornings so that must be a good sign :) Overall would definetely recommend Pelican to anybody
