Want to give a huge shoutout to Bright Horizons Regents Park Nursery – especially the incredible Baby Room team! One of the first things that stood out to me was the experience and stability of the staff. Many of the baby room teachers have been at this nursery for 10+ years (some over 16!), and the overall staff turnover is remarkably low. That consistency was a major factor in our decision and has proven invaluable. My son joined at 9 months old when I returned to work full-time, and like many parents, I was anxious about the transition. The baby room team made all the difference – they were warm, empathetic, deeply passionate about babies, and incredibly professional. From day one, my son settled quickly and has been content and thriving. We’ve been consistently impressed with several things: - Genuine care: You can feel the love in the room. It’s clear in the way staff interact with the babies and in the joy in the photos they share. - Engaging activities: Daily sensory play, messy play, and plenty of outdoor time – things our son wouldn’t get access to at home. - Strong communication: Teachers share daily updates, flag anything important (e.g., signs of illness), and offer suggestions for what we can do at home to support development. - Early values: Even at this young age, they introduce ideas like sharing, curiosity, and kindness – which show up when we’re out on playdates or at museums. - Excellent management: The overall management of the nursery is fantastic – we regularly receive well-organized updates, key development milestones, and progress reports that help us feel confident in our son's growth and learning. And a special mention on food – it’s outstanding. Meals are freshly cooked on-site each day and tailored to each baby’s needs. Big shoutout to Chef Caroline, who’s clearly doing a phenomenal job. Since joining, our son has gained weight (he's now 78th percentile in weight distribution, 98th percentile in height distribution at the 14-mo check-up), developed great eating habits, and genuinely loves food. Because he uses a sippy cup at nursery, he’s now transitioned easily to an open cup at home too – something we hadn’t expected this early. A heartfelt thank you to Stevi and Jeli (his amazing key carers), and also to Halimeh, Monjila, and the rest of the team. My son lights up when he sees them – they truly are our village. Their recent Outstanding Ofsted rating reflects exactly what we experience every day – a passionate, skilled, and dedicated team that puts children first. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Our daughter has been attending this day nursery for the past four months. We highly recommend it. Our daughter is excited when she is dropped off. She has bonded well with her room leaders. Although due to Covid restrictions we cannot observe her day-to-day experience, she daily grows in confidence and ability, especially verbally, and much of this is thanks to the nursery. We know this because we do not speak to her in English at home so we know that her many new English words and phrases, and the actions she associates with them ("wash hands!") are directly attributable to what she learns at nursery. We are very thankful for the lovely and professional staff and the ability to work while knowing our daughter is flourishing.

Please do not waste your time with this Nursery as after given confirmation email and they turned us down by responding we do not send out emails. I spoke to the manager of parent enquiry assuring me that he will resolve this and get back to me, today its been over 10 days no response from him or any member of the team. Because of there confirmation I gave notice at my current Nursery and now we have lost our childs place, It is very frustrating being on the phone to Bright Horizons and no clarification is made till date.
