- Leadership and management of the nursery are good. Managers know the local community well, and use this knowledge to provide targeted support for children and their families.
- Managers understand the importance of ongoing self-evaluation. They welcome feedback from parents, staff and external agencies, and proactively address any issues to improve the provision for children.
- Staff feel valued and well supported by their managers. They participate in regular supervision sessions, where their personal development needs are discussed, and attend training sessions to update their skills and knowledge.
- The curriculum is well planned and sequenced. It provides many opportunities for children to build on their previous knowledge and skills as they move through the nursery.

Our daughter spent three wonderful years at Auden Place and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff are incredibly attentive and caring - she was always excited to go and never wanted to leave! What makes this nursery special is their nurturing approach that lets each child develop at their own pace. The regular field trips were fantastic, and the friendships she made are still strong even though they're now at different schools. The team created such a supportive environment where our daughter truly flourished. We're so grateful for the perfect start they gave her and couldn't recommend Auden Place more highly. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you to all the amazing staff! ⭐

Wonderful community nursery here, the staff really care about the children and their well-being. They also do so many excursions - far more than any other nursery I hear about! Fun things like China town for Chinese New year, little angle theatre, talacre soft play, the science museum and so on. They have a gorgeous roof terrace too that they make use of several times a day.

My daughter went to 3 different nurseries in the area! One closed,one she had a bad accident! Auden place was far the best! They go above and beyond and my daughters development with speech and reading and socialisation were vastly improved! The food is amazing and healthy! The teachers are trustworthy and my daughter even sings French songs! Thanks Auden place your the best xx romy and Becky
