My son started nursery here several weeks ago and was suffering with severe separation anxiety. I was very worried but all the staff at RT were extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. My son runs in without looking back now. The staff are so great with him. The commutation has also been brilliant. They regularly put photos and notes on an online profile. I can see what he did throughout the day- when he slept, nappy changes etc. RT is a real hidden gem. The staff make it what it is. So happy we found it 😊

I have had my children at Rooftops for the past 2 years and can say without hesitation that the staff, amenities and overall experience is fantastic. The management are caring, conscientious and so knowledgeable. They provide a safe and nurturing environment for my children that gives me utter peace of mind. I have recommended Rooftops to several friends who all now use them and I would continue to do so without hesitation!!!!

As a former parent I urge all parents/future parents to avoid this nursery at all cost. I have 9 years experience with working in a childcare setting and hold my level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce. I have NEVER seen a nursery as bad as this one. Several past employees have highlighted many concerns with the owner/director which concerns the children wellbeing and safety, NONE have been taken on board and acted upon. The manager cuts costs wherever she can and as a result the children are affected by it I.e. chicken wings are provided as part of their 'balanced meals'. (Who feeds a 2 year old chicken wings?! ) poor quality cold meats are provided for the children, some only consist of 60% chicken/pork. The manager expects 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange and 1 apple to be shared amongst possibly 30 children for their morning snack time, stating that this is enough to feed them all. No health and safety checks are carried out regarding equipment, this includes toys, furniture and outdoor play areas. No cleaning rotas are followed, especially when a sickness and diahorrea bug is doing its rounds. The manager mistreats staff and speaks to the children in a very disrespectful manner, my child was included. She has no people skills and does not have the children's best interests at heart. Please find somewhere where your child will be valued and respected. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
