Saw the good reviews of the nursery and contacted them first through the online form no response, then by email no response. After two weeks since first contact called the nursery, the member of staff I spoke to then said she doesn't know how the 2yr old funding works and that I would need to pay a deposit to secure a space. First of all I would like to know how the 2yr old funding works and to visit the nursery, how can I pay a deposit when you don't know what my requirements are and no information about my child. Communication is very important but it's lacking at this nursery which is a shame as online it looked good.

Parent Reviews of Russell Hill Road Day Nursery
I moved my little girl to this nursery in September. She is in the preschool and is really enjoying her time there. She is provided with a range of structured activities each day within a 'classroom' setting using fun activities to learn the basics of numeracy and literacy. They provide Drama and French lessons. They have a little farm on site as well as a big outdoor play area. She loves going and has already become attached to some of the staff. Really flexible and kind staff team.
