What it's like to attend

• Children are encouraged to develop independence and confidence, making independent choices in their play and swiftly engaging in activities.
• Older children collaborate effectively in pretend play, moving large boxes outdoors and understanding safety rules.
• Managers effectively handle minor disruptions, ensuring qualification requirements are met and children are cared for by trusted staff for stability and continuity.
• Staff know children's learning needs well and plan interesting activities and outings to target individual development, such as improving conversational and fine motor skills.
• Children are served home-cooked lunches with ample fresh vegetables, fostering independence as they help themselves and use cutlery well.
• Staff create a pleasant environment where children behave well and learn to listen, supporting their learning and safety.
• The arrangements for safeguarding are effective, with an open and positive culture that prioritises children's interests.
