We were incredibly lucky to come across the Sentre and Charnel. Since identifying our little boy as having SEN needs there has been little support out there until now. Charnel has been really informative as well as supportive and we can’t wait to attend more sessions at the Sentre. Thankyou!

My 4 year old son is attending Sentre Speech & Language Therapy for a year now. There is no words to describe the amazing work they do. The team and Charnel (manager) work really hard in providing tailored tasks and learning opportunities for each child. Since starting , I have seen great improvements in his interactions and he is constantly learning new skills. He can’t get out of the car fast enough to get in and learn and play on his days at Sentre. All the staff are so knowledgeable, kind and very patient. They are always happy to give feedback and advice on what to keep practicing at home. We as family are so grateful to have found Sentre’s.

My 8 year old son has been attending holiday club for over a year now and absolutely loves it! The staff and management are amazing and really care about your childs wellbeing. We are so glad to have found SENtre and hope to continue using their services. Thank you for everything! 2024 update: We started SENtre speech therapy last year and in less than 12 months have seen incredible progress! My son has gained so much vocabulary and understands almost everything we say to him. We hope to continue regular sessions and are grateful to all the staff for their efforts. SENtre has a wonderful team who care deeply about all the children ❤️

Very aggressive lady who claims she’s the ‘owner’ accusing passers by of being paedophiles when they were having a party in the area. She has a reputation in the area for this. I certainly wouldn’t have my child in her care. Will be reporting her to Birmingham Council for slander. Following this hostile response I will now be contacting a solicitor for deformation of character. You have not reported any matter to the police as a/ there’s nothing to report b/ you have no contact details. Shouting ‘paedophile’ to passers by is completely unprofessional and wholly unacceptable. You should know better as a business owner. And perhaps you should repair your fence surrounding your shoddy premises. See you in court!

I recently celebrated my son's 1st birthday at SENtre, and it was brilliant! The kids absolutely loved the open soft play area, and there were plenty of age-appropriate toys to keep the older ones busy too. The whole space felt super safe and fun for everyone. The staff were amazing—really friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to any questions and made everything run smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We all had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend SENtre! A huge thank you to the team, who went over and beyond to accommodate for us.
