Inclusion & environment
The deputy manager has extensive training and experience to understand children's individual needs and works closely with parents, staff and other professionals. Individualised plans and activities help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to close any gaps in their learning.
Children enjoy playing outdoors and using large equipment such as tricycles to develop their large-muscle movements. They also engage in activities like negotiating wobbly tyres and balancing. The staff set up a pretend road in the garden to teach children about safe road practices.
Children who speak English as an additional language make good progress from their starting points alongside all other children.
Amazing and loving staff. They have been great with my son.I will be always thankful to them.
