The dedicated team, led by an enthusiastic manager, creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where children thrive and develop important skills for their future. The deputy manager, with extensive training and experience, ensures that tailored plans and activities are in place for all children, including those with special educational needs, disabilities, and those learning English as an additional language.

45 am to 4 pm. Staff prioritise building strong relationships with both children and parents, with parents noting their children enjoy attending and appreciating the communication and suggestions for supporting learning at home.

How they support every child

SEND provision

The deputy manager has extensive training and experience to understand children's individual needs and works closely with parents, staff and other professionals. Individualised plans and activities help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to close any gaps in their learning.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy playing outdoors and using large equipment such as tricycles to develop their large-muscle movements. They also engage in activities like negotiating wobbly tyres and balancing. The staff set up a pretend road in the garden to teach children about safe road practices.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language make good progress from their starting points alongside all other children.
