• The setting is well resourced, both indoors and outdoors, providing an exciting and stimulating learning environment.
• Parents are very supportive of the setting and refer to it as a 'caring community'.
• Staff know the children very well and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion towards teaching, planning appropriate next steps for children.
• Children can make their own decisions, such as choosing stories and what to play with.
• The curriculum is coherently planned and sequenced, and staff understand the importance of rhyme and stories to support language skills.
