Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents provide extremely positive feedback, particularly regarding how well key persons know their children and how well staff communicate with them on a daily basis, including the weekly newsletters.
Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to provide individual focused targets that support their additional needs. As a result, children with SEND are making the best possible progress.
Not yet a customer but we’ve called 3 times to ask about vacancies (one of which times, we were told they had some). Each time we were asked to email Sylvia directly and after following up for over a six weeks and 8 emails later, not a single reply. Very disappointing.
