• Staff recognise and respond to children's behaviour with kindness and curiosity, helping them learn to express themselves, even narrating for babies to aid language development.
• The provider has a thorough overview of the curriculum and monitors children's progress closely, working with parents to ensure all children receive exceptional care and make excellent progress.
• The provider cultivates a positive and supportive culture, offering high-quality coaching and training to staff, fostering continuous development and high aspirations.
• Children have wonderful opportunities to learn new concepts like mathematics through engaging activities such as building tyre towers and making play dough.
• All children develop highly confident communication skills, supported by staff who work with other professionals to create targeted approaches using various communication aids.
