First step has been so good to our family. They have good caring staff and our child was cared for well. They have a wonderful conducive environment for children. They really support a child and their family during difficult times and that shows how they are family oriented and one is at ease with their child in their care. I love the fact that they are very diverse and as a person of colour never felt like I or my child was less of a person.Thank you first steps and keep the good spirit and energy in everything you do.

First Steps is the best nursery. The staff have been incredible with my child all the way through. She started when she was 4 months old and is now leaving ready and prepared for school. I'm so pleased we have chosen this nursery. Everyone at the nursery, and everyone at the head office hub have been fantastic and patient (with my child and me!) They helped sort out the headache of government 30 free hours and answered all of my many questions. Seriously cannot recommend this nursery enough!!
