About this day nursery

The Ascot Day Nursery, established in 1998, functions as a nurturing and secure environment for infants and toddlers up to three years old. Situated within a charming Victorian building, the nursery boasts outdoor areas and private access to a nearby play park.

They emphasise a flexible approach to childcare, offering hourly rates that allow parents to tailor hours to their specific needs. The dedicated team of Early Years Educators are committed to fostering learning through play, helping children develop communication, language, social skills, and imagination.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, delivering both spontaneous and structured activities to support children's development. For continuity beyond three years of age, children have the option to transition to "The Old School Day Nursery" located in the same building.

The manager, Amanda Jarvis, has been with the nursery since 1999, progressing from a student nursery nurse to her current leadership role alongside the Nursery Director, Colleen Caddow, who is also on-site daily.

We couldn't be happier with Ascot Day Nursery, where our child has been attending for the past six months. The staff's extensive knowledge and expertise in early childhood development are evident in the thoughtful and engaging activities they provide. Our little one loves going to nursery every day, and we've seen her thrive both socially and academically. The nurturing environment and personalized attention make us confident that we made the right choice with Ascot Day Nursery. Highly recommended!
