How they support every child

SEND provision

There are exceptionally high expectations for all children. Staff plan a highly effective sequenced educational programme for all areas of children's learning and focus very closely on any small areas children need to improve on. This helps children to make excellent progress in their learning and development.

Outdoor space

Indoors and outdoors children have opportunities to re-visit knowledge and skills they have already gained and to use them in a range of contexts refining and building upon what they already know. When children pretend to make soup outdoors, staff talk with children about sharing the soup with each other.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for around 6 months now. She started when she was one, and she settled in so quickly thanks to the warm, caring staff. Everyone there is genuinely invested in the children, and it really shows in the way they interact, comfort and encourage them every day. One of the things I love most is the consistency and the sense of community- my nieces went to this nursery around eight years ago, and the staff still remember them and ask about them/chat to them at pick up. It says so much about the people who work there and how much they value the families who come through the door. We’ve had such a positive experience, and I couldn’t recommend the nursery more highly.

My son had previously attended this nursery from the age of 8 months old up untill he started school this september. They have been absolutely amazing with him in every room. The staff are warm and welcoming and have a great ethos! I wouldnt have wanted him to go anywhere else, he has learnt so much during his time at thelwall and I will forever be grateful for the confidence and knowledge they have given him.

My daughter has been here for just under 2 years and I couldn’t put in to words how happy and grateful we are to CDN thelwall, every room she has been in she has adored all the team and they treat all the kids like they would want their own to be treated, the compassion, dignity and respect they give to the children and the knowledge they hold creates the perfect environment for all children, I will be so sad when she moves to school because i know how much she loves it here. Thank you to all the team x

Amazing nursery :) Staff so welcoming, Management professional, caring & supportive from beginning of enquiry right through to our actual start date. Outstanding learning activities observed on a daily basis plus extra curricular activities & groups provided. Very family orientated and feel confident that my children are in the best care & education environment in Warrington.

Amazing nursery group. Provided outstanding care for my son. Fully prepared him for school and they regularly tell me how well he is doing because of the amazing start he was given. Fully attentive staff who always made sure I was thoroughly happy with the care he was receiving:)
