The Fun Factory Nurseries, founded by Donna and Mark, began with their Camberley branch in 2005, followed by the Woking location in 2013. Their aim was to establish a nurturing, home-like setting for children while also maintaining affordable childcare costs.
The Camberley nursery is situated in a spacious Victorian building, offering ample outdoor play areas. The Woking branch, a converted bungalow, features a new conservatory and an extended decked area in the baby garden.
The owners believe in a hands-on management approach, with Donna actively involved across both nurseries and Mark overseeing the business operations, allowing the management teams to focus on providing quality childcare and fostering a supportive environment for their staff. This strong leadership has been recognised, with an "Outstanding" rating from OFSTED.
They are committed to continuous improvement through ongoing investment in their staff and facilities.

Inclusion & environment
Staff identify children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and provide them with additional support. These early interventions help to narrow gaps in children's attainment so that all children progress well in their learning.
Children's physical development is well promoted through the large indoor and outdoor spaces. Children actively explore the garden, confidently engaging in activities like tipping coloured water and playing games.
My nephew attended The Fun Factory, a wonderful nursery that truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in the door, I could tell that this was a special place where children are truly valued and encouraged to learn and grow. My nephew absolutely loved his time at The Fun Factory, and it's easy to see why. The staff were warm, friendly, and clearly had a passion for working with children. They created a safe and nurturing environment where my nephew felt comfortable and happy, and I was so impressed by the range of activities and experiences that he was able to enjoy. One of the things that really stood out to me was the way that the staff at The Fun Factory were able to tailor their approach to suit my nephew's individual needs and interests. They took the time to get to know him and to understand what he enjoyed, and then created activities and learning experiences that were perfectly suited to him. As a result of his time at The Fun Factory, my nephew learned so much and grew in so many different ways. I could see how much his confidence had grown, and how much he was enjoying learning new things and exploring the world around him. Overall, I can't say enough good things about The Fun Factory. If you're looking for a nursery that truly values your child and creates a fun and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow, then this is the place for you. Thank you to all the staff at The Fun Factory for all that you do!
Read on GoogleI honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough! Staff are so warm and friendly and this goes from management all the way to the staff in the rooms looking after kids. Lots of space for the children to play and explore, with different rooms for different things. My daughter (who has since left) used to run in every morning to see the staff and her friends and was always filled with stories about the things she did that day. My daughter has really benefitted from her time here.
