Inclusion & environment
The care provided for children with special educational needs is exceptional. Staff take great care to find out as much as they can about the children's likes, needs and family backgrounds. They do this through trusting partnerships with parents and close relationships with professional agencies. Every achievement is celebrated, with staff showing genuine delight at even the slightest progress children make.
Funding has recently been used to improve the outdoor area for those children who have fewer opportunities to experience an outdoor space at home. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
Our daughter has attended Foundations for two years and she has absolutely loved it there. She has developed and blossomed so much under their care and is really well prepared to start school. The staff are all incredible with the children and build really strong nurturing relationships where they get to know them and their individual needs so well. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a preschool for their child
Read on GoogleThe best preschool ❤️ we tried another one before ( Bright horizons) and we were very unhappy, our child was always sad to go there, but after we moved to Foundations she has changed just in one day. She was always happy to go there and meet her friends. All teachers are AMAZING. We really loved our preschool and we will miss it a lot
Read on GoogleIt’s hard to put into words how amazing this preschool is. Two of my children have attended. The eldest is 9 and will still talk about happy memories from preschool. My youngest is 5 and truly had the best time there. Laura and Matt are brilliant communicators and organisers and the rest of the staff are all so lovely. I really felt they cared about my children and actually really got to know them. My daughter especially left there full of confidence and ready to start school. If you are looking for a preschool where your child is valued for who they are, leaves full of confidence and most importantly has loads of fun in the process then this preschool will be perfect for you.
Read on GoogleMy experience of this outstanding school is not as a parent, but as someone who worked on the same premises in the church office. I saw and heard teachers interacting with the children on a daily basis. The teachers are so kind, patient and loving with the children. This is a happy place run to the highest of standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Foundations to anyone looking for a pre-school for a precious child.
