Pricing & funding

Fees are charged on a session or full-day basis, calculated over 51 weeks of the year and invoiced monthly in advance. Charges consist of a base session fee plus a mandatory food cost. Additional fees apply for extracurricular activities, late pickups, and late payments.

  • One month's fees are required as a refundable deposit.
  • Fees are payable monthly in advance, calculated over 51 weeks per year.
  • A 10% sibling discount is offered on the younger child's fees if neither is funded.
  • Fees remain applicable for inset days, bank holidays, sickness, and unplanned absences.
  • Late pickup fees apply after 12:30pm for morning sessions or 6:00pm for other sessions.
  • Late payment fees apply for balances remaining unpaid after the 5th of each month.

Where children need additional support, staff share information and strategies promptly. The provider and manager have worked with the local authority to seek advice and guidance on how best to support them.

Outdoor space

Staff provide plenty of opportunities for children to be physically active throughout the day. Children learn about the benefits of being active and develop good coordination skills.
