30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Rated as Good by Ofsted on 14th October 2024, the nursery prides itself on offering a calm and caring environment where children are well-supported to feel happy and settled.
The dedicated staff, all holding at least a level 3 childcare qualification, ensure a stimulating learning environment that encourages high engagement. The nursery has a robust system in place to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with lower communication skills.
Staff regularly monitor language development and have received specific training, using real objects to enhance understanding of routines and new concepts. This approach helps to identify and address any gaps in learning.
The nursery also boasts a spacious outdoor area, providing ample opportunities for children to develop physical skills through activities like riding wheeled toys, kicking footballs, and balancing on stepping stones. Parents commend the staff for their support, including assistance with potty training, and appreciate the regular updates on their child's progress via an app and parents' evenings.
Leaders are committed to continuous improvement, with plans to further enhance the outdoor learning environment and ongoing staff training to ensure positive learning experiences for all children.

Inclusion & environment
Leaders recognise that some children arrive at the nursery with lower communication skills than expected. Staff carefully monitor children's language skills and have carried out training on how to support children who need further support with their communication skills.
Children receive lots of time to develop their physical skills in the spacious outdoor area, practising riding on wheeled toys, kicking footballs and balancing on stepping stones. However, there are fewer opportunities for staff to support children to develop their skills across the other areas of learning.
