Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents offer the highest praise for the nursery.
They comment on the excellent progress their children have made and the good feedback they receive from staff.
Parents comment that they genuinely feel they are very lucky to have found the nursery.
Inclusion & environment
Children make good progress in their learning and development, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This is because staff have high expectations of what they can achieve. One example of this is that children who have SEND are fully included in all curriculum activities.
Pre-school children relish the opportunity and freedom to develop their climbing and sliding skills in the mud in the forest school area. The inspector observed the quality of education during activities indoors and outdoors and assessed the impact this has on children's learning.
What is there not to love about Little Lanes Nursery! We moved our boy there mid Covid. We moved from a bad experience into an exceptional one. Genuinely we cannot fault Little Lanes. The most important thing is you know you are dropping your most precious little person/people off and they are looked after amazingly. They make friends, learn and go for days to Ferry Meadows, Rutland water and animal parks when they are old enough. If there are any issues at home or across both home and nursery you can be open and chat about it. They keep you informed at every opportunity. The most important thing for us we pick up a happy boy at the end of the day, who has had a fabulous time and chats about it all the way home and beyond. Victoria and partner, their team have created a brilliant nursery we genuinely couldn’t rate higher. We are not fussy parent or over protective, but you really can’t go wrong choosing Little Lanes as a place to help you mind your babies whilst you have to work. Many of us would love to be stay at home parents, but realistically in this day and age it’s not feasible. So if you want the best people to help you and for your babies and know they will do it being mindful of what you want for them, Rhein this is the place for you.
