My experience with this nursery in 2023 was difficult and disappointing, especially for my son. From the beginning, I noticed that a staff member at the door treated children differently. Some children were greeted warmly every morning, while my son was often not acknowledged. This happened many times and made him feel uncomfortable. My son was not happy there and became anxious about attending. During his time at the nursery, I did not see learning progress or emotional support for him, which was very worrying for me as a parent. I want to be fair and kind in my review. I understand that people can be busy, tired, or may lose attention sometimes, and I tried to see the situation in a positive way. At the end of the year, I gave this staff member flowers as a thank-you gesture. Unfortunately, she refused to accept them. At that moment, I felt sad and confused, and it confirmed the feeling I had before that my son and I were not welcomed. I am sharing this experience honestly and respectfully so other parents are aware, and I hope the nursery reflects on how important equal kindness, care, and attention are for every child and family.
