It boasts an "Ofsted Good" rating and prioritises strong emotional attachments between children and staff, noting their genuine care. The leadership team includes owner Kate, who holds a Level 6 in Early Years Practice, and owner Martin, who manages finances and development with an Early Years Practice Foundation Degree.

The manager, Rachel, is a Level 5 practitioner and the setting's SENDCo, while Deputy Manager Rebecca is an Early Years Teacher and qualified Forest School practitioner, also serving as the Safeguarding Lead. The nursery utilises Famly software for parent communication, sharing online journals with progress updates, photos, and videos.

They are also members of the National Day Nurseries Association and the Pre-school Learning Alliance.

What it's like

Children readily separate from their main carer and come into the setting happily. They develop good relationships with staff and confidently go to them for support with activities, reassurance and a cuddle. Children benefit from interesting activities across the areas of learning, including topics that ignite new interests and challenges children's learning.

Pricing & funding

Fees are structured on an hourly basis across three distinct age groups for children aged zero to five, calculated on a full ten-hour day. Out-of-school care is also available for school-aged children, providing breakfast, after-school, and holiday sessions.
