Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) very well. She attends relevant training courses that help to increase her confidence and knowledge of how to support children with SEND. She works closely with parents and other professionals to plan targets to support children's individual needs.
The inspector observed the quality of education during activities indoors and outdoors and assessed the impact this has on children's learning.

The playgroup employs eight members of childcare staff, six of whom hold appropriate early years qualifications at level 3 and two at level 2. The playgroup opens from Monday to Friday all year round from 8am to 6pm and provides funded early education for two-, three- and four-year-old children.
