Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

When children need additional support, staff are quick to respond. Partnership working with other settings and professionals is well established. The special educational needs coordinator works very well with parents, staff and other professionals to support children to make progress in their learning and development. The management team use additional funding effectively to support children with a variety of needs. They recognise when families need extra support, identifying this early on and implementing interventions quickly.

Outdoor space

Children have opportunities to enjoy fresh air and be physically active, chasing staff and developing their balancing skills. However, staff do not always consider how they can fully utilise the outdoor area to support children who prefer to learn outdoors.

I would strongly advise looking for an alternative preschool. In my experience, the staff have been rude and unhelpful, and the overall environment does not feel welcoming or supportive. The facilities are not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness, and staff presentation is inconsistent. Given these issues, I am surprised this setting received a positive Ofsted rating. Please double check when enrolling children don’t make the same mistake we did !!!!
