Absolutely amazing experience with my young child. Generally is thrilled to see her ladies when we come in on a morning. Makes the whole thing so much easier to know she’s being treated so well, she’s excited to come every morning. The staff are amazing!! Couldn’t be happier

Like the other reviews, this nursery will cover there own backs and do anything to not be in the wrong. My son didn't even make it past his 2nd settling in session before my wife and I made the decision to pull him out because the nursery was very unprofessional. the lack of care for my son at the time and other children was disgraceful. We lost out over £100 as the nursery refused to return even though we had our reasons. Management only care about money and looking after there staff rather than investigating issues going on in the nursery, instead they say the issues we seen and experienced were "unfounded" take your child else where, wish we would have trusted our gut feeling and not signed our son up to begin with. Wouldn't recommend.

Had high hopes for this nursery but ended up pulling my son out on his 2nd settling in session, after seeing how they care for the children, it isn't so great! The rooms are also dull and nothing like the photos. Staff Didn't interact with my son at all plus other issues we seen regarding my son and other children. Majority of the children there were crying and not being consoled at all..this was very upsetting to see. My son caught hand foot and mouth after an hour session! so cleanliness isn't on point. we had to delay his second settling in for nearly 3 weeks due to this. Once we complained to the manager (who was apologetic at the time on the other issues we raised) the lack of communication after pulling my son out was terrible. We complained to the area manager and she basically implied we were lying and refused to give our deposit back (because she didn't want to, we were told) and then a few days later, we were told any money we paid for the 2 sessions he never actually attended wasnt going to be refunded either! we waited a whole month after initially pulling him out to find this out after chasing weekly, which they would have known from the beginning (possibly delaying this on purpose) Absolute shambles of a nursery, Take your children elsewhere! management are liars and just tell you what you want to hear, it's all about money to them. I can now see why they had spaces available compared to any other nursery around. We would never recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both my boys (3 & 5) either go here or have been here since a few months old. Such a great nursery. The staff are friendly and so good with the children. The meals are well planned and healthy. Plenty of toys and space to play in. My boys have been set-up in life from an early age and are confident from their time at Busy Bees Quedgeley. My youngest has never been sick from the nursery. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Possible one of the worst nursery’s my children have been too. Staff are very nice but not so great at looking after the children. The management are liars who are more interested in covering their own backs then getting to the truth of an issue. Very good at sweet talking you to keep quite. I moved both my children out. Best decision I ever made! They are now flourishing in there new setting.
