The welcome I got when I went to make enquiry to register my son was amazing. I felt at home and really comfortable and I believe my son will enjoy it too.

The best nursery in Preston as far as I'm concerned. Our son has special needs and the nursery couldn't have been nicer. All the girls and Deborah have been amazing. Especially with helping us get an EHCP. Ethan has been very happy there and I can't recommend enough to anyone trying to find a nursery for their kids to choose this place. You won't be disappointed. Ethans last day before he starts school this year was a couple of days ago and it was sad we won't be going back. We will miss you guys. Thanks for everything.

As a first time mum this nursery has taught me everything I do not want in my child's nursery. When signing up I was sold this dream of all the activities my child would do, and be taken on walks, play out etc... In the 6 and a half months my child attended she did 2 activities, we were never kept upto date with photos or diaries, like her lovely new nursery does every time she's there. She was never ever taken on a walk, and as far as I'm aware, never played out The communication between the manger and staff is very poor, which has a knock on affect to the communication with the staff and parents. We were always sent from person to person, with miscommunications happening regularly, which then they would handle in a very unprofessional manner I chose to remove my child from this nursery with immediate affect when they point blank went against my wishes, therefore not fulfilling the welfare of my baby by leaving her without milk for her entire session. If your child has dietary needs AVOID!! When signing my baby up I explained she could not have cows milk, she's breastfed, and when she was old enough she would be having plant based milks, which the manager said was absolutely fine. When the time came for my baby to have her plant based milks we were told its weird, asked why we were uncomfortable with cows milk, and asked for permission from the health visitor and gp.... Both my health visitor and gp have been informed and have told me how appalled they are as there is absolutely no reason why my baby would be left without any milk for an entire session This matter will be taken further with ofsted as the lack of dietary and allergen knowledge between staff is dangerous!
