Tiny Toes Nursery is truly an amazing place! The managers are exceptional – always supportive, kind and ready to help with any question or concern. You can really feel that they care about every child and every family. The whole staff team is wonderful, warm and patient with the children, creating such a positive and loving environment. My daughter’s key worker, Aureena Zeb, is simply fantastic – she is so caring, gentle and attentive. She always keeps me updated about my daughter’s progress and development, and it means so much to know my little one is in such good hands. We are very happy and grateful for everything the Tiny Toes team does every day!
Read on GoogleI’m very happy with Tiny Toes in Lordshill. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure the children feel safe and comfortable. Communication with the team is excellent — they keep me updated every day about my son’s progress and activities. My little boy is new to the nursery and doesn’t speak yet, but the girls have been so supportive and understanding, helping him settle in with patience and kindness. I can truly see that he is well cared for and happy there. I fully recommend Tiny Toes to any parent looking for a loving and professional nursery environment. Big THANKS
Read on GoogleThis nursery is brilliant and they are always working to make it better. My son is so happy here and seems to be thriving. Any queries are always resolved straight away. I would highly recommend, all the staff are so Lovely and have made going back to work a lot less stressful. Special shout out to Jo, she has been amazing with our little one, he loves her!
Read on GoogleThis is a fantastic nursery. I have been taking little ones over the last two years. Staff and management are fantastic. All the staff love working with the children. And meet my child's needs. I have watched her grow with confidence. She loves All the activities on offer. All the children go outside each day to play. Meals are healthy. I would highly recommended this nursery.
Read on GoogleBe mindful of this setting. If you find you have a concern/complaint with this place, and raise it with the above nursery, they will threaten, and / or kick your child out. They done so with my child and I know of another child they have threatened to kick out because their parent raised concerns & issues with the place. Be sure the manager will hold meetings about the nursery; example of a TRUE meeting - Manager and Parents video call - main issue addressed was regarding the constant change of staff in rooms - she will deny knowing this is a concern (to someone she doesn’t think will know of it-when she clearly was in the meeting), then will go ‘oh… yes we had that conversation’ when you’ve hit her with that information. There is a constant change of staff in all the rooms, children never have the same staff for more than a certain amount of time! Perfect if your child is sociable. Not so perfect if your child relies solely on familiar faces. The ‘app’ used is an app called ‘Famly’. Once they’ve kicked your child out for you having a concern/opinion/complaint they will still mark them as ‘absent’ when they shouldn’t even be on the system! The manager will hardly reply to you on there too! Which is bad coming from a supposed ‘manager’. Staff coming and going like there is no tomorrow. Not only is there a constant room change, staff are leaving constantly and are told they’re not allowed to say where or why they’re going!! Most of which have said they’ve been bullied / made to cry and be forced out. The owners aren’t from a nursery background. They are solely business orientated and don’t understand how a respectable nursery should run. I wish anyone luck with this place! My first review I uploaded I was told to remove! I didn’t so they contacted Google to remove. Quick enough to hide their shortfalls and make out they pride themselves in this and that. The Manager has also breached GDPR by passing on nursery information to someone who hasn’t even been authorised to have access to this information - which I am reporting to the relevant people. Was an amazing place until Clair and all her wonderful staff left. Then all downhill from there.
