Very friendly staff across the board, with excellent communication and feedback of my child's day, frequent observations on the eyelog app, and any queries or problems dealt with quickly and effectively. Having flexible start and finish times really helps with work commitments and travel arrangements, this in itself is just so helpful to parents who work with odd hours. They have a nice range of planned activities but allow children to choose what they would like to do also. There is a really healthy and yummy menu that my daughter actually eats! But most importantly my daughter loves all the staff and always has positive things to tell me about her day. After an unsuccessful start in a different preschool, Tops has given me back my confidence in leaving my daughter in this type of setting. Can't fault them on anything, I'm so glad I made the choice to send my daughter here and would happily recommend!
