I couldn’t be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. My son has settled in so well and is always happy and excited to go in each day, which says everything. The environment is warm, welcoming, and well organised, with lots of engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with parents is excellent—we’re always kept informed about progress, routines, and special moments, which we really appreciate. As a first time parent I have also been given help and advice on behaviour issues so it’s not just your child who gets the support they also care about parents and are willing to go the extra mile.

Fantastic nursery with great, attentive and fun staff. Little one loves it here and noticed a massive improvement across the board after we moved them from a nearby nursery to Winchmore Hill House.

A lovely nursery with fantastic staff who are dedicated to caring for and nurturing the children. Cynthia, the nursery manager, is amazing-always supportive and approachable, making both parents and children feel at ease. The nursery itself is on the smaller side, which I love, as it makes the transition of leaving your baby much less daunting. My child is very happy here, I feel completely confident that she's well looked after, which is the most important thing for any parent. The staff who work directly with the children are outstanding, I cannot praise them enough for their dedication and warmth. One area for improvement is management not present on-site, I have experienced a couple of issues in this regard. However, this does not take away from the exceptional care provided by the nursery team present daily, which really is the most important factor.Overall, I would highly recommend the Nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little one!
