The pictures online and the reality on ground don't correspond. The place is dirty. Spider webs here and there, spirogyra etc etc. We felt like we got into a scam. The patent zone isn't updated in real time. The only thing they are good at is coming after your money. My kid always came back home hungry and thirsty. I'm paying for two months but co up couldn't allow my kid go through all of that. I removed my kid after 7 days. It's better to lose money than lose your childs health due to a dirty environment. They ask you any specifications about your kid, you give it but it's not respected. What a disappoinment. Spent about £2000 and yet one can't get and appropriate service.
