The nursery also actively promotes healthy living, evidenced by its "Healthy Setting" award from Trafford Council and a strong National Food Hygiene Rating, underscoring its commitment to well-being and nutrition. Acorns Day Nursery is registered with Ofsted to care for up to 56 children.

What it's like

Children settle well in a warm, caring atmosphere and feel secure; staff create clear routines and expectations, so children understand what happens next and develop positive attitudes to learning. Children engage in a range of activities that support their development, show care for others, and confidently communicate with staff.

Pricing & funding

Fees are payable monthly in advance. A two-week deposit is required to secure a place, which is refunded during the first month of attendance. Additional care package charges apply for children using the three and four-year-old local authority funding.
