About this day nursery

Embrace Childcare prioritises children's personal development and well-being, providing a warm and positive welcome that helps children quickly settle and feel safe. 30pm for children aged 2–10 years, fosters confidence and happiness.

Staff have high expectations for behaviour and employ various strategies to engage children in learning. The manager and staff are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment, collaborating closely with parents and specialists to ensure all children receive tailored support, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Children are immersed in a language-rich environment, contributing to good progress. Parents often commend the "home-from-home" atmosphere and appreciate detailed feedback on progress and advice for extending learning at home, as well as the regular communication between the setting and other educational environments their children attend.

Outdoor play is encouraged, with children enthusiastically collecting natural items like sticks and leaves for imaginative play, and enjoying swinging, climbing, and dancing.

Monday to Friday, all year around, except for bank holidays and two weeks at Christmas. Pre-school sessions are from 9am until 3pm, and out-of-school care is provided 7.30am until 9am and from 3pm until 5.30pm.

The manager and staff are passionate about providing an inclusive environment. They work closely with parents, other settings that children attend and specialist professionals. They seek advice to ensure that children receive the tailored support they need to flourish. The needs of all children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those in receipt of additional funding, are met.

Outdoor space

Children excitedly collect sticks and leaves outside and use their imagination as they use these items to make 'soup'. Children enjoy using their strength to swing and climb outside, and enthusiastically dance with their friends.
