Very happy with my son’s nursery choice so far. They made lots of effort to settle him in and make sure he was ok before I returned to work during my maternity leave. All questions are always answered and they try their best to accommodate my son’s routine so he’s almost home from home! He’s bonded very well with the staff and always seems happy. I receive regular updates throughout the day so I know everything that’s happening. All the staff are kind, welcoming and put you at ease. Thank you all for looking after my boy :)

100% recommend Ashbourne Day Nursery - Grantham. My little girl has been with them since she was 6 months old. Watching her develop and grow as a person since being with this nursery is unbelievable. Staff are very supportive and accommodating especially as my daughter was in a hip spica cast from 3-6 months.

my son was in attendance here for one day a week. but they kept sending him home. First for being understaffed, then it was too hot/understaffed. The final straw was receiving a phone call and being told my son might have 'ringworm or foot and mouth'. They were a couple insect bites, i knew he had them and sent him anyway cause it was obvious they were nothing.i took him doctors after to be safe and dr. muerchala at vine street surgery agreed with me. Just insect bites. After all that, i just wanted him in a nursery where he isnt sent home all the time. so i asked he be removed and we be refunded the 2 and a half days he missed. i was told this had been accepted. Problem is they say my refund is £61. i was charged £46 per day. 46 x 2.5 does not equal 61. Also been 3 weeks and i havent even received the 61.
