How they support every child
SEND provision
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive prompt, targeted early help and support. Children with SEND benefit from these high-quality interactions and have made outstanding steps in their progress. The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with SEND.
Outdoor space
The inspirational outdoor space is carefully designed. Every space is utilised and developed to be a learning opportunity for all children. Children go into the garden and are responsible for checking gates and looking for anything which may make the area unsafe.

A fantastic nursery. Both my children love it and are thriving. The staff care for every child and their communication is excellent. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. From the baby unit, to pre school the nursery is great. In the baby unit Becca and Kirsty are fab. Trusting your small baby with thoughtful people, makes those early days easier. I have one child in Rising 3's (he is 3 in May) and one in Pre School. My son was recently supported excellently with potty training in Risings 3's and my daughter is even learning Spanish in Pre School. Emma in Pre School is a fantastic practitioner and Anna in Rising 3's is super knowledgeable and nurturing. Clairmont is a well managed nursery by Angela and her team. I will be sad when are days of attending here end!

Both my children went/go to Clairmont and my experience of the nursery is fantastic. The staff are caring and professional - they also have generally quite long tenure, so they really get to know the kids. It’s also really nice that those who looked after my elder child now look after my younger. Any issues or questions are sorted promptly and effectively. I would definitely recommend.

I have only positive things to say at BH Clairmont. My son started in 2023 and has been there since. The staff in every room have been wonderful, taking a real interest in the children and seeming to go over and above to get to know them and their interests. The children are happy and well cared for, they are doing interesting and stimulating activities every day. The children get lots of outdoor time and have lots fun in the forest school area. My son comes home telling me stories of all the exciting things he’s done with his day. I have had a less positive experience previously with another nursery in Wilmslow, which has highlighted to me how fantastic and special a place BH Clairmont is. The staff are amazing, we’ve been really grateful for everything they’ve done for our son, he is really flourishing there.

2 kids through here and know countless others who have done the same. Great staff & care structure. Sure the car park will frustrate and you won’t get the metal gates & fences like most other daycare places, but it’s all part of the charm and small price to pay for fantastic areas & environment your kids will be happy going to.

The best nursery in wilmslow. Both of our children attended Clairmount, our youngest 2 years in the baby unit & our eldest 2 years in rising three & preschool; I can honestly say, every class is great & the staff too. Angela the manager is a credit to the nursery, very approachable and hands on. You often see angela in the playgrounds or the classes and she’s open to talk about anything you need to. We really felt the staff took the time to get to know our kids, and when they told us about their day, they had described them to the letter which was lovely to hear. We have since recommended 4 other families who have thanked us introducing them to Clairmount. Clairmount also adds fun with sports days, grandparents day, festivals (the list is endless). The only complaint about them I have is we had to relocate for work and it’s hard to find a nursery to compare! Our children still speak about the staff, especially Kirsty and Becca is baby unit & Emma & Patricia is preschool. Patricia even taught our daughter Spanish. Amazing. If you’re considering Clairmount, then just go and see it for yourself, it will not disappoint
