Parents receive real-time updates on their child's progress and activities through a secure app called 'Famly'. Full-day sessions cover breakfast, a hot lunch, snacks, and nappies, with an additional High Tea for those staying for an Extended Day.
The nursery operates 50 weeks a year, from 7:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, offering both 'School Day' and 'Extended Day' options, with choices for 'All Year Round' or 'Term Time Only' attendance. They even provide Pampers nappies and sensitive wipes, aiming to ease parents' daily routines.

Inclusion & environment
The staff team also seek expertise from the senior leadership team when completing forms to gain additional help for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff run additional sessions to support the development of some children's speaking and listening skills. Children who need extra support make good progress in their achievements.
Children have long periods of time throughout the day where they can choose to play outside, encouraging them to be physically active. Steps were taken to organise more structured planning for outdoor activities after it was identified that attainment in physical development could be higher.
