Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are effectively supported. Any gaps in children's development are quickly identified and referrals for support are quickly made. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure children are well prepared for their next stage in learning, and transitions into school are smooth.
I enrolled my child in this nursery and overall, the experience has been decent. The staff is friendly and attentive, which is reassuring. They offer a variety of activities that keep the children engaged, and my child enjoys the playtime with peers. However, I feel that there could be improvements in communication between the nursery and parents. Sometimes, I find myself not being fully updated on daily activities. Additionally, while the facilities are clean, I think there could be more outdoor play areas for the kids. Overall, it's a good nursery that has potential for improvement. I appreciate the care my child receives but hope to see enhancements in communication and facilities in the future.
Read on GoogleI do not recommend this nursery. When my child started, he was 2 years and 4 months old, I liked this nursery so much, the staff at that time were so caring with the children and had perfect communication with the parents... I can't say this enough thing and at the moment, the staff has changed, the manager always has contradictory discussions with the parents. I wanted to withdraw my child many times because I didn't know him for sure in this nursery. I do not recommend !
Read on GoogleHeavily advise against sending your children to this nursery. Previous 5 star reviews are not reflective of what the Nursery is now. The staff and management are completely different from when those reviews were done over the past year. Most staff and management are confrontational, rude and will make you feel like you or your child are the problem. There have been previous safe guarding issues raised against this nursery and from my personal experience, my child went from being happy and walking through the door to absolutely distraught and not wanting to going over the past year. At fist I thought it maybe just a child being a child however, once it came to light that this sentiment is being echoed in several other children attending something had to be done. Ofsted and childcare services have been contacted and several children have been withdrawn from their care, please see the Ofsted website for details. If you do decide to send your children here, please communicate with them to make sure they are ok. As one parent to another, there is a genuine reason to be concerned when leaving your child in their care.
Read on GoogleAvoid sending your child here if possible. The one star is for susu and fatima, both who cared for my child well. Other than that I have nothing good to say about this nursery. When we initially enrolled our child the management was good and communication was adequate. In the past 18months there have been several staff and management changes and the quality of the care given to our child and the communication between nursery and parents has practically vanished. We have never (in 18months) as parents been invited to the nursery for a parents evening and the one time we were invited was when the parents arranged a meeting with management to discuss our concerns (a few months ago,) and since then things have only got worse. At the meeting Nazy (manager) was extremely combative and did not appear to want to listen to us and every point that was made was met with a defensive comment. Other parents have raised safe guarding concerns and this has meant that we no longer feel we can trust management and have withdrawn our child.
Read on GoogleI am attending this nursery with my 2 years old son for stay and play. They have recently changed the rooms and are very well resourced, nice, clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. They are providing different interesting activities every time. I am now looking forward to register my son in this nursery.
