Wish there would be provision of giving negative ( minus rating). We had a very disappointing experience with this nursery. We initially paid a refundable deposit, but after visiting the premises and observing the setup, we felt it was not safe enough and suitable for our child. As a result, we decided not to proceed with enrollment and requested a refund. Unfortunately, despite the deposit being clearly marked as refundable, we have not received our money back . The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Communication was poor, and no one seemed to take responsibility or show any concern about our valid concerns. We had high hopes, but the lack of professionalism and disregard for basic safety and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this nursery to any parent who values their child’s wellbeing and honest business practices.

Lovely staff! Always keeping us well informed and update the Parent Zone App daily. Very impressed with the curriculum and how much my son has learnt in such a short space of time. Son thoroughly enjoys attending Busybees and speaks positively of his teachers. Highly recommend this nursery.

Since joining "Kids Universe" my daughter developed in so many ways and keep on being happier n happier day by day. She looks forward to going into nursery everyday and she adores her teachers there and the attention and care she s being given. Ms Tulsi, Ms Cherry and their great staff are so professional and friendly. They are all 100% reliable and I have the full comfort and peace of mind knowing my daughter is with them. The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and effective learning. Super caring environment, including encouraging them to eat all their food and practice milestones related to each age. Our experience of the Kids Universe has been amazing and we would definitely recommend to any parents as it s number 1 in this area!!! "Thank you!"

Overall a wonderful experience to have my child spending nearly 3 years at Kidsuniverse. The transition from nursery to preschool was smooth and filled with support from the key person at the nursery.  I am fully satisfied with all the feedback, resources and opportunities provided to us while my son was at the nursery. Once he settled in he grew very close to his key worker. My son developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced and loves going to the nursery. All the teachers are warm, caring and always go out of their way to make sure children are comfortable. The staff are really knowledgeable, fun and ensured that the children did many different activities to support the children's learning. The management is very accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents. Thank you so much for making a difference.

My daughter joined Kids Universe Nursery at the age of 11 months old and just recently left at the age of 4, to go onto school. From the time she started, the nursery felt right for my daughter! The staff have been amazing! They are caring, knowledgeable and kind hearted, just the sort of people you would want to entrust your beloved children to! My daughter has learnt so much whilst she was there, especially with regards to her speech and being a well rounded, caring individual, who is more than ready to start school! The Montessori techniques were extremely helpful, especially regarding learning how to hold a pen correctly, to help towards her writing, as well as other useful techniques. The nursery regularly took them on interesting trips outside the nursery, which the kids loved & at all times they were safe, having had a risk assessment done prior to going on all trips. I went to a couple, a museum trip and a church trip for Remembrance Day. At both times, the kids were safe & had a good time! I would recommend Kids Universe Nursery 100%, without any hesitation at all, as you will not be disappointed!
