How they support every child

SEND provision

The provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is good. Staff are very knowledgeable and find ways to engage all children, adapting activities and providing one-to-one support to ensure children do not feel overwhelmed and understand the activity better. Staff have developed effective partnerships with other professionals to provide a consistent approach to meeting children's needs, particularly for children with SEND.

Outdoor space

Children learn particularly well in the outdoor area. Staff have created a space that provides children with many opportunities to build on their physical skills, such as riding bicycles and jumping on trampolines. They have also created a space for children to plant seeds and grow vegetables, and children take pride in looking after these plants, watering and pruning them, and delight in collecting and accurately counting insects during a bug hunt.
