What it's like
Overall, staff provide a warm, safe and friendly environment for children. Leaders have a clear vision of what they want children to achieve and learn, and staff plan activities based on children's interests. However, teaching is variable, key person arrangements are weaker in baby rooms, and staff interactions are not always good enough, leading to some babies being unsettled.

Busy bees west byfleet is fantastic. The staff are amazing and so caring towards my child and others that i’ve seen upon drop off and pick up. The dedication they have to fulfil children’s needs and requirements like at home routines and how they keep it going in the centre is phenomenal. My daughter loves this nursery i love seeing how happy she is with the staff members in the setting like Hannah and Chloe. The communication between staff and parents is crucial and well met in my opinion which is so key for keeping a healthy environment for your child. I couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve received so far.
